2004年、「自由も勝手も同じだ、やりてぇようにやっちまえ！」の姿勢を以って社会に活力を与えべく活動を開始。
以後既製品の剽窃と改竄と駄洒落を主な武器にした家庭的テロリズム国家として「感じるな、考えろ」を合言葉にノイズグラインド～身体表現～物音系ノイズ～パワエレ～アイドル～詩人～DJ～ファッションショーの自作自演などミクスチャーという言葉ではカバーしきれない全方位型表現を志向。
結成10年を越えメンバーも脱退し孤軍奮闘を余儀なくされるも、むしろ表現の洗練度は上昇し、自称しているサウンドスタイルの「極上音楽 / Tip Top Music」を正に体現する孤高の存在となりつつある。
